Our life is full of highs and lows. Sometimes we feel elevated self-esteem and motivated to face the challenges of life. Other times, anguish and laziness takes over and makes us feel low. This is totally natural, since we are human beings.

Don't wait for others to change to be happy. Happiness is inside of you and only you can find it. Reflect on what makes you happy and go in search of your own happiness.
